[OpenAFS] Restrict Access to system:administrators?

I was hoping someone could help answer a big, but quick question:

Is there a way to restrict system:administrator access to a folder on AFS?

I've tried using negative entries for the group and the specific 
individual accounts, but that doesn't seem to do the trick.

Any advice is appreciated (even if it's not possible).
