FW: [OpenAFS] Root.cell always busy on servers

Ran vos release root.cell again and it worked

Deleted the RW volumes from the slave server by id #

Vos syncvldb now runs without carping.

Both the RW and RO cells act properly from windows (RW writes, RO does not)

Note: there were 3 surplus mountpoints pointing to nonexistent volumes. For
linux a timeout error was given. For windows the mount points appeared as
empty folders.

does vos examine root.cell show a rep site? if not, vos addsite one. if so,
what error?
