More on the problem, [191412] of pwd failing on Solaris 10 in
some situations. It appears to only occur when there is a mount
point in a higher level directory that points at a nonexistent
volume. Solaris 10 is doing something different with lookup.

The following can be used for a test in an AFS directory:

  fs mkm badmp nonexistent.vol
fs: warning, volume nonexistent.vol does not exist in cell ....
  mkdir x
  mv x y
  cd y
  /usr/bin/pwd
     pwd:cannot determine current directory!

The circumvention for now is to not have any bad mount points,
but there is still some bug.

P.S. RT wont let me login as guest
