[OpenAFS] Debian - openafs -noauth problems

You already have a partly created cell.  Remove all the files in
/var/lib/openafs/db and then run it again.  (It's a safety check to make
sure that you don't create a new cell over top of your existing cell.)

The error message could probably stand to yell a little louder so that it
doesn't get lost in the other messages.
