[OpenAFS] Starting OpenAFS on FC2/OpenSSI

Uhm..    that might very well be the case (not configured correctly, and
actually that were all the errors before it stopped compiling) 

I'll get together with the guys working with me on the OpenSSI part.

Which, I'm guessing, is not configured usefully. You need to configure
it 
with the kernel config for the running kernel, and make dep. It's either

unconfigured, or more likely (I don't know, since that's not all the 
errors, is it?) it's some vendor's special preconfigured but not really 
headers.
