I stand corrected on POD capabilities.

The most useful inplementation might be use the Reference Guide files to let
users access that documentation using a small mod to the afs code.

I.e. expand the "help" in the command line interface to allow the users to
select more verbose information by entering "bos pod addhost" in lieu of
"bos help addhost".

That would eliminate any need to hyperlink. An "afs help" could produce the
Reference Guide Index.

The html help for my text editor is done in a similar fashion with a search
text box in the web page.
