Yes and no.  I was already building from the migration kit
and just didn't change over.  It was unclear at the time I
was working on the 1.2->1.4 SPEC file changes that the aklog
in openafs was significantly different than what was in the
migration kit.  I know now that was incorrect.  I've already
made changes to the spec file to build aklog from openafs,
so the next set of packages will have that fix.  However I
don't plan to make new packages at the moment unless 1.4.1
is imminent.
