[OpenAFS] Openafs 1.4.0-rc7 Success on Redhat Enterprise 4 EM64T

So it's not really an upgrade, because they aren't the same series of 
RPMs.

Realize the 1.4.0 final source has already been sent to binary builders, 
so it's on the late side to be noticing that. Derek will have to comment 
as to whether that can be accomodated at this point.

If I seem snippy, well, I'm not. My network connection at the moment is 
"poor"
