[OpenAFS] no text in Windows Explorer Extention

Has anyone else noticed anything weird with the OpenAFS Explorer 
extention?  It doesn't have any text on it when I attempt to use it.

I'm running 1.4.0200 on Windows 2003 SP2 beta, but the problem occurs in 
the newer 1.5.X series as well as on Windows 2003 SP1 with 1.4.0151.  I 
can attempt to revert and find where it last worked, assuming others see 
this as well.

Wanted to check with others before filing a bug report, as I suspect I 
managed to break it with some other extention that I installed.
