[OpenAFS] fs mkmount /afs/example root.afs

I wnat to Create a link to my home cell example in AFS
space.

When i run
  fs mkmount /afs/example root.afs

I got

  fs:'/afs/example': No such device

Can anyone help me to figure this out. i'm using
ubuntu dapper and running on 2.6 kernel.
