the fs checkserver command.

There is an fs checkserver -interval command to set the interval, but 
there isn't one to print the current interval, which is weird b/c fs 
checks -interval tells you what the old interval was

cclausen@KBS-CDC H:\>fs checks
All servers are running.

cclausen@KBS-CDC H:\>fs checks -interval
fs:  The field '-interval' isn't completed properly

cclausen@KBS-CDC H:\>fs checks -interval 180
The new down server probe interval (180 secs) is now in effect (old 
interval was 180 secs)

cclausen@KBS-CDC H:\>fs checks -interval 60
The new down server probe interval (60 secs) is now in effect (old 
interval was 180 secs)

cclausen@KBS-CDC H:\>fs checks -interval 180
The new down server probe interval (180 secs) is now in effect (old 
interval was 60 secs)

(That was on Windows, but it appears to work the same on all platforms.)
