[OpenAFS] FAM and OpenAFS

Use gamin instead.  famd runs outside of the authentication space of the
clients that use it and therefore will produce very strange results, such
as file managers being unable to see files that users actually have access
to.  (Not to mention that it doesn't seem horribly stable.)
