[OpenAFS] Windows Client, quota and filemanager - no warning!

I don't normally talk to Bill Gates, but I'll mention it to him if we 
ever meet.

In the meantime perhaps one more kluge to get around Windows is possible?

Its not a big deal for me but I feel sorry for admins with thousands of 
unsuspecting users.
