[OpenAFS] kernel BUG / rx_kcommon.c

Hello,

We've got pool of machines running Red Hat Enterprise Linux, kernel
2.4.21-37.EL with openafs 1.4.0.
Lately we've started to experience frequent crashes.
Taking netdump showed us the following dump:
