Basically, rc7 doesn't work.  I had all kinds of problems on my Terminal 
Servers as well.  Just upgrade to the latest rc and then see if the 
problems are reproducable.  It is not worth your effort trying to debug 
a known bad build, although debuging issues on the current debug would 
be strongly encouraged.
