[OpenAFS] Linux kernel 2.6.16 and openAFS 1.4.0 /Debian?

OpenAFS 1.4.0 won't built with 2.6.16, as 2.6.16 added additional
assumptions about what variables have to be defined on the command line
before the kernel headers will even compile.  You need OpenAFS 1.4.1-rc10
(or 1.4.1 once it's been released), which has not yet been packaged for
Debian.  I hope to find time to work on that either tomorrow or next week.

Sorry that I don't have a better solution for you.  My recommendation for
the short term is to stick with 2.6.15 if you can for another couple of
weeks.
