[OpenAFS] Installing openafs-1.4.0 client on Rhel 4.1

This is a known issue in the 1.4.0 RPMs..  Unfortunately the only way
to install it in this particular scenario is to use --nodeps.   The
1.4.1 packages will have this fixed -- openafs-kernel-source will
provide openafs-kernel.
