[OpenAFS] backup->buserver 1.4.2 hangs/loops on gettimeofday

There was a patch for the butc segfault problem.

I downloaded the kreltime.c file and placed in src/util
and rebuilt butc. The patched butc now works with the
1.4.2 buserver and all is well. Thanks to Jeff H.
