There is a utility that comes with the AFS Migration Toolkit that takes a
kaserver database and converts it to a Kerberos v5 dump file. The simple
instructions are: Use that utility, load the resulting dump into your
Kerberos v5 KDC, and then change your AFS server configuration to use K5
instead of K4.

There is obviously a lot of complexity under that simple description. The
documentation that comes with the migration toolkit should help, as should
the various past workshop presentations on doing this conversion.
