[OpenAFS] Problems setting up an initial AFS cell...

All right, I've been following these slides using
OpenAFS 1.5.17 and a mit kerberos kdc.

Everything appears to have worked correctly, up to
the point where I'm aklog'ing for the first time, when
I get this the following error:

aklog: unable to obtain tokens for cell ut.vandyke.com (status:
11862788).

What does status 11862788 mean?

And where can I look status codes up?
