[OpenAFS] afscreds kerb ticket lifetime settings

If I wanted to set the default kerberos 5/openafs tokens ticket and renewal
lifetimes on a per client basis, for afscreds.exe, is the appropriate place to
do this in the %system%\krb5.ini using the ticket_lifetime and renew_lifetime
settings in [libdefaults]?
