[OpenAFS] Hardware Grants from Sun

Sounds like it might be worthwhile.  I'd think that it might be good to
have a few niagara-ish boxes as well as x86, just on principle.  But I
obviously don't know the internal workings of Sun, so I don't know what
kinds of proposals they'd be more receptive too.
