[OpenAFS] BackupPC4AFS

BackupPC4AFS is an update of the backuppc-afs patch I released 7 mos ago.

  o Updated code base to BackupPC 3.0.0 (release).
  o Pre-applied patch to BackupPC tarball to simplify installation.
  o Introduced new name, BackupPC4AFS.
  o Modified AFS backup code to deal with pathnames > 80 characters.
  o Better integration of "vos" xfer method.
  o Ability to add, delete, and configure AFS hosts (volumesets) via CGI.
  o Updated and added additional installation and configuration docs.
