[OpenAFS] multilpe local realms in 1.4.x

We have pulled in a number of the multiple local realms patches for about 
10 months now, we made use of this during our k4 to k5 migration (we 
changed realm names in the process, this allowed us to have both active 
while we migrated). We have not seen any problems so far.
