After this, I cannot re-start OpenAFS client...

System:

Dell power edge 1950 with debian etch (latest updates), Linux <server>
2.6.18-6-amd64 #1 SMP Sun Feb 10 17:50:19 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux

OpenAFS client cache is loop mounted file with ext2 file-system... The
AFS client worked well for days...
