[OpenAFS] Updates for Fedora 8

The problem was that I was relying on the web page instead of looking in th=
e repository itself. Simon Wilkinson was kind enough to point me towards t=
he rpm that updates the yum repository (which I had managed to overlook) so=
that I could manage this with yum.

The web page is probably out of date. The RPMs are there. If you
install the openafs-repository RPM at the top level fo the 1.4.7
release page, yum will work for OpenAFS RPMs.
