[OpenAFS] openafs for windows: credentials not showing up at system start, sometimes do.

Hi,

I'm wondering if im missing something but i think there's a (minor)  
bug in the cient; the credentials window sometimes shows up, but  
usually it doesnt at system start. I've set the "show afs credentials  
windows at system startup" flag at installation/update but this seems  
inconsistent, at least on the windows machines i use. Any tips to get  
this working every day ?
