[OpenAFS] could not chmod 4755 on afs files

hi guys,

i have a fine as below :
-rwsr-xr-x  1 root root  17090 Aug 26 16:37 pbs_iff

i would like to copy this file in afs. it will become as following:
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root  17090 Aug 26 16:37 pbs_iff

i use "chmod 4755 pbs_iff". it still displayed as 755.

do you have any idea?
