OpenAFS doesn't have anything called dsplinkk; If this is even an
OpenAFS error, try getting OpenAFS 1.4.6 and running configure and
make, and not some other arcane build system which builds some not
necessarily modern version, and report full errors with version and
platform information.

Also, redirected to openafs-info as there is no development issue here.
