[OpenAFS] 64 bit 1.5.30 msi -- missing files

Hi.

Just installed 1.5.30 64-bit on XP (64-bit) using the msi installer.

Integrated login does not work... from what I can tell, at the very least,
%windir%\system32\afslogon.dll and %windir%\system32\afscpcc.exe were not
installed. Attempting a repair of the installation did not help.
