[OpenAFS] Serious trouble, mounting /afs, ptserver, database rebuilding

code 5376 means no quorum elected. Are you sure your database servers 
are all running?

Try "udebug <server> 7002" for the ptserver
and "udebug <server> 7003" for the vldb
