[OpenAFS] fileserver (sunxx86_510) doesn't attach volumes

If you have a recent enough patch level that something changed in the
ufs code (I don't know this but it's possible) then it may simply not
be possible to run inode fileservers anymore on Solaris 10.
I know how to replace inode with something which will work almost
everywhere; Maybe I should just find a few minutes to write the code.
