[OpenAFS] Re: fileserver (sunxx86_510) doesn't attach volumes

Well, I needed access to the files, so I went ahead with salvage,
but my worried were well-founded.  I got bad results,
and none of the volumes were salavaged (see log at end of message).
I guess we'll have to go to backups.
