[OpenAFS] naming a dual homed cell

I need a cell on a dual homed machine with an external NIC  address of
external.com 71.x.x.x and an internal NIC address of
internal.local_domain 10.y.y.y behind a NAT firewall.

What's the best way to name the cell, external.com or internal.local_domain?

I'm assuming that both CellServDB and NetInfo will have both addresses included.
