Sorry to be a royal pain in the ... but there still seems to be a problem.
Per Derrick's recommdation I grabed the rhel repository, installed that and
then ran yum:
sudo yum install openafs-client
Loading "rhnplugin" plugin
Loading "security" plugin
openafs 100% |=========================| 951 B 00:00
primary.xml.gz 100% |=========================| 10 kB 00:00
openafs : ################################################## 77/77
rhel-i386-server-5 100% |=========================| 1.4 kB 00:00
primary.xml.gz 100% |=========================| 1.6 MB 00:00
rhel-i386-: ################################################## 4366/4366
rhel-i386-server-vt-5 100% |=========================| 1.4 kB 00:00
primary.xml.gz 100% |=========================| 25 kB 00:00
rhel-i386-: ################################################## 133/133
rhn-tools-rhel-i386-serve 100% |=========================| 1.2 kB 00:00

YUCK.. This isn't yummy at all. Is the dkms-openafs module supposed to be
available as well?

No new repository RPM. Providing everything has propagated on the OpenAFS servers, just re-running yum should pick things up.<br>
