It sounds like they mapped the drive with the AFS credentials manager
and trie to install 1.5.52, or?
Please do map the drive with the explorer and no more with the AFS
credentials manager, as the latter is buggy.

I could ask on of my users with XP64 to install latest 1.5.53 to test it.
