[OpenAFS] Login problems on x86_64 and OpenAFS 1.4.11

Hi,

AFS logins aren't working on a computer with CentOS 5.3, x86_64, and
OpenAFS 1.4.11. We're still using KAS (we plan to go to Kerberos 5 real
soon).

After booting up the computer, /var/log/secure has=20
Aug  5 14:11:26 lister gdm[4101]: PAM unable to
dlopen(/lib64/security/pam_afs.so.1)
Aug  5 14:11:26 lister gdm[4101]: PAM [error:
/lib64/security/pam_afs.so.1: undefined symbol: ktc_curpag]

/lib64/security/pam_afs.so.1

When I tried to log into a graphical desktop as an AFS user,
/var/log/secure has

(Also ssh logins and virtual console logins don't work, with similar
errors in /var/log/secure.)

We don't have this problem with OpenAFS 1.4.10 on x86_64, so we'll use
that for now.
We don't have this problem with OpenAFS 1.4.11 on i386.
