[OpenAFS] problem with OpenAFS client 1.5.57 on windows

Hi!

Just encounterd a problem with 1.5.57 (and 1.5.56) client on windows.
On a special RO volume, the explorer hangs forever and I need to kill
the explorer to work again on that PC.
That behaviour is consistant over reboot of client, upgrade von 1.5.56
to 1.5.57 OpenAFS client and delete cache and restart OpenAFS client.

I can reach that special path via linux clien 1.4.7 without problems.

I tried to do afsd log and minidump while explorer hung:

Any idea? Bug?
