This is not true:
vos remsite lets the vldb forget about the RO, but it doesn't remove it=20
from the partition.
If you end up with the same RO on more than one partition on your server =
only the first one (depending on the order in which the partitions get=20
attached) will come on-line. The other one(s) remain off-line.
