[OpenAFS] AFS FileServer and Heartbeat

For IP adresses, you want to look att the NetInfo and NetRestrict files and man pages.

For controlled failover, you need to figre out what to do with the
callback information on all files that IMHO only exists in RAM of the
serving file server. Maybee the 1.5 server features with restartable
callbacks can help you with that. Otherwise you will loose state
information with each failovers (parts of the clients will see old
file versions).
