[OpenAFS] Windows 1.5.60 context menus

Hi!

I tried to view "fs listquota" via the AFS context menu.
Windows Vista SP2, OpenAFS 1.5.60 (works quite well so far).

But the "fs listquota" is well hidden - is it possible to add it as a
seperate point under listacl? As a lot of users want to know quota and
current position is quite hidden with "AFS-Volume/Partition-Properties"

And the windows which opens up is not resizeable - quite bad if you have
long directory names.
E.g. for me under one directory it lists uo the volume name under
heading "%Used" and the quota values cannot be seen.
