Volunteers are welcome to send patches or hire someone to implement
changes.  My preference would not be to spend any time on the existing
context menu but would be to implement the Shell Extensions described at:

http://www.secure-endpoints.com/openafs-windows-roadmap.html#shell%20extensions

These extensions integrate AFS directory/file/symlink/mount point/...
properties into the standard interfaces that users interact with on a
daily basis.  The existing context menu only works for some objects and
does not provide any assistance regarding the current directory the user
is examining.
