[OpenAFS] XP SP3 Access denied error.

Make sure windows is fully patched - and make sure you are running the
latest openafs client.

Following those simple steps, I've compiled something a little more like a
step by step guide when troubleshooting openafs that is short of the
extensive notes in the openafs releasse notes -- which you should read...
