[OpenAFS] Support for Kerberos V

Just a short note: In 2009, with OpenAFS versions 1.4.10 or newer and
for example the kerberos tools and libraries from Heimdal 1.2.1 or
newer, you do not need any of this. AFS still requires old des
enctypes, but everything works without v4. Someone else can sure explain
this in more detail.
