[OpenAFS] pioctrol temp error

We have a windows XP machine with openafs 1.5.62 installed. Access to afs
space is very very slow. While checking tokens with the command line
'tokens' command we get this:
user asuuser@ASU.EDU's tokens for afs@asu.edu ...
pioctl temp != 0: 0x66543218

Any idea would could be happening?
