Doh doh doh doh, it's midnight here and I shouldn't be messing with
servers.

NetRestrict _disables_ interfaces.  NetInfo _enables_ them.

NetInfo had 128.214.58.174 already, and NetRestrict correctly had
10.0.0.20 and 128.214.209.84.  Now that the latter doesn't exist
any more, I can safely remove it, but I shouldn't be *restricting*
the server from using 128.214.58.174...

NetInfo:
128.214.58.174

NetRestrict:
10.0.0.20

bos restart localhost -localauth -all
