Doh doh doh doh, it's midnight here and I shouldn't be messing with
NetRestrict _disables_ interfaces. NetInfo _enables_ them.
NetInfo had 18.104.22.168 already, and NetRestrict correctly had
10.0.0.20 and 22.214.171.124. Now that the latter doesn't exist
any more, I can safely remove it, but I shouldn't be *restricting*
the server from using 126.96.36.199...
