Specifically, that's for the server. You need to either stop the
bosserver and edit the BosConfig file (which is in /usr/afs/local, or
somewhere in /etc/openafs), or you can use 'bos delete' and 'bos
create':

For the client, if it's a windows client, I don't really know. But in
general I assume you would stop the client, add "-rxpck X" to the
options (wherever you edit the client options), and start it again.

You should have a program called 'rxdebug' somewhere on your SuSE
machine. While you are transferring something, run
rxdebug the.client.name 7001 -rxstats
and
rxdebug the.server.name 7000 -rxstats
And supply the output.
