[OpenAFS] Quick Start Guide: why do we tell people to use -cell when it's unnecessary?

One of the things I was about to change in the QSG is the advice below
(sorry if the HTML survives the past illegibly):

Using -cell is meaningless, since the bosserver is running with -noauth at
this point, and the -cell argument merely tells bos which of your tokens to
use for authentication. Is there any valid reason why I should just drop
the use of -cell in all these examples, whenever using -noauth?

-----

The remaining instructions in this chapter include the *-cell* argument on
all applicable commands. Provide the cell name you assigned in Defining Cell
Name and Membership for Server
Processes<http://docs.openafs.org/QuickStartUnix/ch02s12.html>.
If a command appears on multiple lines, it is only for legibility.

   1.

   Issue the *bos create* command to start the Backup Server.

      # *./bos create* <*machine name*> *buserver simple
/usr/afs/bin/buserver*  \
    *                 -cell* <*cell name*>  *-noauth*
