[OpenAFS] Could not attach volume

Hi all,

I need a quick help on a problem: after an hardware failure on a system
with raid 5, now some volumes of AFS can't go back online.

Into the logs i have this:

Mon Apr  4 14:47:48 2011 VAttachVolume: volume salvage flag is ON for
/vicepa/V0536870978.vol; volume needs salvage
Mon Apr  4 14:47:48 2011 1 Volser: ListVolumes: Could not attach volume
536870978 (V0536870978.vol) error=101

Many of this.

If i do a command like this:

vos listvol [name]

i read this:

**** Could not attach volume 536871092 ****
**** Could not attach volume 536871080 ****
**** Could not attach volume 536870978 ****
**** Could not attach volume 536870924 ****

How i can salvage that volumes safely and without risks? Now the raid is
rebuilding, but i think is not this the problem....

Any help is well appreciated.
