[OpenAFS] Could not attach volume

bos salvage (hostname) vicepa 536870978
and so on.

if there is corrupt data this will try to fix it. nothing is without
risk but if the data is ok,
it will bring it online, and if the data is not ok, the data is already not=
 ok.
